What is CSP?
CSP is a Strength & Conditioning program based around ‘constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity’. We lift weights and swing kettlebells, we throw medicine balls and jump boxes, we climb ropes and push sleds, we run and we row. We get stronger and fitter while learning new movements and skills each and every day. This is CSP.
How is CSP different?
In no other program will you be coached the skills of each of the best disciplines in Strength & Conditioning. No matter your background you will learn movement patterns and techniques ranging from Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Strongman events to Gymnastics and Kettlebell training. Mobility and Nutrition are also priorities within our program.
I’m unfit. Can I do CSP?
Within our program each athlete’s first month is spent learning the basic fundamentals alongside other athletes of similar experience. Also, each individual athlete will be assessed and their eventual program tailored to meet their specific experience level, goals and needs.
Isn’t all this ‘CSP’ stuff a bit expensive?
We are not a commercial fitness facility and we pride ourselves on being nothing like one. From the moment you step in our doors you will be coached in every aspect of your training by the most knowledgable coaches in the industry. Do you want to get stronger, become fitter and be the healthiest human being you can be? To look, feel and perform to your highest potential? To excel at your chosen sport? If you think this stuff is as important to you as one night out on the town a week is, then our monthly fee is probably too cheap.
What will I get at CSP?
You will get a 7000sq ft Strength & Conditioning facility unlike any other found throughout south Dublin, with equipment like Barbells, Bumper Plates, Squat Racks, Power Racks, a custom built Pullup System, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Climbing Ropes, Prowlers, Rowers and Sleds. We have Rubber Flooring and Indoor Turf and we have some of the best and most knowledgeable people you will find coaching at our facility. You will get a supportive and welcoming community and you will have more fun at CSP than you ever thought you could at a gym! And without a doubt, you will get results like you never thought possible!
