Strength & Performance

This features two different Level’s of periodised strength programming depending on you’re training age and previous experience. Here beginner’s of low Neuromuscular Efficiency and training age will do more volume of the basic exercises (Level 1), while more experienced athlete’s will include the Olympic lifts, more Plyometric’s and heavier percentage work in their training once a base strength level has been established (Level 2). The strength element is prioritised with conditioning sessions shorter compared to the Fitness class, but there is more individual strength-accessory work to bring up particular weaknesses. If you’re primary goal is to get strong, while also increasing general fitness, then this is the class and program for you.
