GPP/Fitness

This class consist’s of the theme of constant movement. Warmup’s are longer and are dynamic in nature and athlete’s get to work on specific skill’s during this time. Workout’s are generally broken down into a dynamic warmup to begin, an A & B conditioning session switching daily between the the Aerobic and Anaerobic Energy System’s with an added and sometimes optional ‘finisher’ at the end. If you seek a high intensity conditioning class that’s aim is an increased overall fitness capacity alongside fat loss then this type of class will suit you’re goals best. This is traditional CrossFit at it’s best.
